What: Join MAM and the French Institute Alliance Française as MAM screens the French film,  Hugo et le dragon. This musical film uses puppets to tell the story of a small village plunged into darkness after the dragon Bijou eats the sun and stars to satisfy his ferocious appetite. Armed with only his telescope, a village boy named Hugo defeats Bijou, restoring the sun and stars. A captivating story! In French without subtitles, the film will be introduced in English; non-French speakers will be able to follow the story line. The screening will be followed by a 20-minute arts workshop inspired by the film.
