Montclair Farmer’s Market
Who: Anyone who needs food
What: Organic and locally grown produce, plants and treats
Where: Walnut Street Train Station Parking Lot (don’t worry, there’s no train on the weekends)
When: 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Why:
Small children are easily entertained by the recycled-bag-carrying
crowd at this packed weekly venue. There is often musical
entertainment, plus PAWS sets up cages with furry kittens that are up
for adoption. Take the kids this week; maybe buy a pumpkin. The market
is only open Saturdays through Nov. 22.
Cost: Selections can be a little pricey, but quality is very good
