Meet the Author Book Event: Eden Wild Reading Room
Who: Children who like to be read to.
What: Meet the author, Ed Shankman and illustrator, Dave O’Neill of I Met a Moose in Maine One Day and The Boston Balloonies. They will read and draw during a special storytime.

Yoga for Rwanda
Who: Teens and adults.
What: Rwanda Teens For Life offers three outdoor yoga sessions to raise money to support Rwandan women and children still suffering from the effects of genocide.

When: Saturday, May 30. Sessions at 9, 10 and 11 a.m. / Raindate: Sunday, May 31

Bone Marrow Donor Drive for Kai
Who: All ages.
What: Bone marrow donor drive for a little boy named Kai, who just turned 5. He was recently diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of leukemia and his only hope for survival is a bone marrow transplant within the next 3 months. Getting tested for compatibility takes only a few minutes. To see if you are a match, all that is required is a simple cheek swab, and a little paperwork. If the marrow is a match, donors are asked to undergo one of two minor, non-invasive outpatient procedures. It is that simple to give someone a second chance at life.

Mothering in Awareness – Topic: Infant massage
Who: New moms and their babies.
What: A postpartum circle get together to meet new moms, share stories and experiences and discuss various topics related to your transition into motherhood.

Live Y’ers Vacation Camp – Trip to Turtle Back Zoo!
