What: Mothers of Preschoolers aka MOPS is an international network of mothers where moms can connect with other mothers. Meetings include brunch, a speaker, small discussion group, and craft activity. Monthly play groups  and mom’s night out are also hosted monthly by MOPS.

“Race To Nowhere” Screening

What: Race to Nowhere is a film about a concerned mother takes action with her camera to challenge school systems and cultures where cheating has become common, students are disengaged, stress and depression rates in students are rising, and the college bound youth is uneducated or uninspired. The film is a call to action to challenge the assumptions made on how best to educate today’s youth and best prepare them for their future. Following the film, Superintendent of Schools, Brian Osborne will moderate an informal community-wide discussion.

Superhero Yoga
