What: This tale of love and courage is Rodgers and Hammerstein’s final triumphant collaboration. Based on the true story of the von Trapp family, this musical has become a beacon of hope and joy for generations.
When: This event occurs weekly on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from November 23rd to December 30th. (Wednesdays-Sundays at 7 pm; 1:30 pm matinees on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays).

The Cloisters Museum Family Festival

Who: Kids ages 4 – 12 and their families.
What: From knights and ladies to courtiers, cooks, and jokers, a medieval court included many different people. Learn about their lives and the ways they enjoyed themselves, such as hunting, feasting, playing games, and musical entertainment. Programs will include family gallery workshops and a self-guided art hunt.
Where: The Met’s Cloisters Museum, 99 Margaret Corbin Drive, Fort Tryon Park, NY, NY.
When: Saturday, December 29 and Sunday, December 30 from 12 pm – 4 pm
Cost: Free with museum admission- recommended adults $25 / children under 12 free
